RFB 23-24-72 Annual Contract for Rigging Services at the Visalia Convention Center Deadline Extended to 01/28/2026 @ 2:00pm The City of Visalia is seeking bids from qualified contactors to provide rigging services at the Visalia Convention Center as specified in the RFB document. The initial contract shall be for twelve (12) month period and shall, at City's option and upon mutually agreeable terms, be renewable annually thereafter for four (4) consecutive one-year periods. RFP 25-26-13 Notice of Funding Availability for FY 2026-2027 CDBG Deadline 02/05/2026 @ 2:00pm The City is seeking applications for the Fiscal Year (FY) 2026-2027 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funding from non-profit 501(c)3 organizations who can provide eligible public services, fair housing, a job training program, a senior home repair program, and a senior mobile home repair program that are in alignment with the City’s 5-year Consolidated Plan. RFB 24-25-40 Annual Contract for Plumbing Repair Services Deadline 02/05/2026 @ 2:00pm The City of Visalia is requesting bids for an annual contract for plumbing repair services at various City owned locations. The initial contract shall be for twelve (12) month period and shall, at City's option and upon mutually agreeable terms, be renewable annually thereafter for four (4) consecutive one-year periods. RFP 25-26-37 Professional Services for Active Transportation Program (ATP) Non-Infrastructure Programs Deadline 02/10/2026 @ 2:00pm The City of Visalia is seeking proposals from qualified firms or teams to provide professional services for the Active Transportation Program (ATP) Non-Infrastructure (NI) Programs in support of city’s three (3) State and Federal ATP grant funded projects. The selected consultant will work in close coordination with City staff, partner agencies, schools, and community organizations to plan, implement, and evaluate NI activities consistent with Caltrans’ ATP Non-Infrastructure Program Guidance and the project scopes approved by the California Transportation Commission (CTC).
