RFP 23-24-14 Management, Operations and Maintenance of Visalia Transit System                  Deadline:  05/14/2024 @ 2pm                                                                                                        The City of Visalia is seeking proposals for the management and operation of fixed-route, Dial A Ride paratransit services, V-LINE, Sequoia Shuttle (SEKI), LOOP, and future micro transit services. In addition to managing, operating and maintaining VT Transit System, the scope of services also includes managing, operating and maintaining the facility, fleet vehicles and buses provided by the City.  This contract is federally funded and as such, the federal requirements associated with the performance of services under this contract have been included with the RFP. RFB 23-24-51 Supply & Deliver New Dump Trailers                                                                     Deadline: 05/08/2024 @ 2pm                                                                                                        The City of Visalia is seeking bids for the supply and delivery of a total of four (4) New Dump Trailers.  This project is supported, in whole or in part, by federal award number SLFRP2005, awarded to City of Visalia by the U.S. Dept of Treasury.  Federal funds being utilized for this project are American Rescue Plan Act funds (ARPA).  For more information click here.

RFB 23-24-09 Riggin Avenue Widening (Mooney to Conyer)                                               Deadline:  05/29/2024 @ 2pm                                                                                                        The City of Visalia is seeking bids for the Riggin Avenue Widening Project from Mooney to Conyer.  This project is supported, in whole or in part, by Federal Award Number: HIPL-5044(140) awarded to the City of Visalia by: Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) Administered by Caltrans.  This is a public works project, subject of prevailing wages, registration with the DIR and other State and Federal Requirements as stated in the Bid Document and specifications.  For more information click here.
