RFB 25-26-21 Ground & Aerial Ladder Testing, Inspection, & Repair Services                            Deadline Extended to: 03/26/2026 @ 2:30pm                                                                                  The City of Visalia is requesting bids for an annual contract for ground & aerial ladder testing, inspection, and repair services.  The initial contract shall be for twelve (12) month period and shall, at City's option and upon mutually agreeable terms, be renewable annually thereafter for four (4) consecutive one-year periods. RFP 25-26-24 Engineering Design Services for the Cross Valley Corridor Project                 Deadline: 03/19/2026 @ 2:00pm                                                                                                   The City of Visalia is seeking proposals for civil engineering services to complete the design of the Cross Valley Corridor Transit Prioritization project.  This project is being funded by a Transit and Intercity Rail Capital Program grant obtained by the Tulare County Association of Governments. The project will be administered by the City of Visalia.  This is a public works project, subject to prevailing wages, registration with the DIR and other State and Federal requirements as stated in the Bid Document and specifications. For more information click here.

RFP 25-26-15 City of Visalia Open Ground Land Lease                                                               Deadline: 04/02/2026 @ 1:00pm                                                                                                  The City of Visalia is soliciting proposals from qualified and properly licensed agricultural operators to lease City-owned open ground for agricultural purposes.  The property is located just west of State Highway 99 and south of State Highway 198 in the City of Visalia, near Visalia Water Reclamation Facility and may be used for dry farming, subject to applicable water availability and lan use conditions. The selected lessee will be responsible for all aspects of agricultural operations conducted on the premises, including compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, adherence to lease terms, and maintaining the land in good and serviceable condition for the duration of the lease.  For more information click here.

RFB 25-26-39 Annual Contract for Disposal of Class B Biosolids                                                       Deadline: 04/16/2026 @ 2:00pm                                                                                                 The City of Visalia is seeking bids from qualified disposal facilities to provide disposal services of Class B biosolids generated by the Visalia Water Reclamation Facility.  The disposal facility shall ensure management of biosolids in compliance with all applicable federal and state regulatory requirements and must maintain a valid Waste Discharge Identification (WDID) issued by the State Water Resources Control Board.  The initial contract shall be for a twelve (12) month period and shall, at the City's option and upon mutually agreeable terms, be renewable annually thereafter for four (4) consecutive one-year periods.
