RFB 25-26-07 Tulare Avenue Major Street Rehabilitation Project (Roeben - Demaree)             Deadline Extended to: 11/20/2025 @ 3:00pm                                                                                   The City of Visalia is soliciting bids for furnishing materials, supplies, equipment and labor for performing the work as specified in the bid document for the Tulare Avenue Major Street Rehabilitation Project (Roeben - Demaree).  This public works project is supported by federal award number STPL-5044(144).  RFP 24-25-32 Annual Contract for Analytical Laboratory Services                                                  Deadline Extended to: 11/20/2025 @ 3:00pm                                                                                The City of Visalia is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide analytical laboratory services for the City's Water Reclamation Facility. The initial contract shall be for a 12-month period and shall, at the City's option and upon mutually agreeable terms, be renewable annually thereafter for four (4) consecutive one-year periods. RFB 24-25-41 Annual Contract for Backflow Testing, Repairs, and Maintenance Services at Various City Owned Locations                                                                                                   Deadline: 12/11/25 @ 2:00pm                                                                                                       The City of Visalia is requesting bids for an annual contract for backflow testing, repairs and maintenance services at various city owned locations. The initial contract shall be for twelve (12) month period and shall, at City's option and upon mutually agreeable terms, be renewable annually thereafter for four (4) consecutive one-year periods. Contractor will be required to comply with DIR requirements including registration with the DIR, payment of prevailing wages, and submission of electronic payrolls. RFB 25-26-27 Construct Oakes Basin Project                                                                                      Deadline: 12/11/25 @ 3:00pm                                                                                                      The City is soliciting bids for the construction of Oakes Basin per specifications of RFB 25-26-27.  This public works project is subject to payment of state prevailing wages, registration with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR), monitoring by the Labor Commissioner and other requirements outlined in the City of Visalia Labor Compliance Manual.  For more information click here.

RFB 25-26-10 Annual Contract to Supply & Deliver Safariland Ballistic Vests                    Deadline: 12/18/25 @ 2:00pm                                                                                                       The City of Visalia is seeking bids from qualified vendors to supply and deliver Safariland Ballistic Vests for the Visalia Police Department as specified in the RFB. The City's intent is to establish contracted pricing for the next three (3) years for the ballistic vests.  Orders will be placed on an as-needed basis throughout the term of the contract.
